Wills are how we tell the world what are wishes are after we are gone.  Unfortunately, wills normally have to be probated.

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.

This document tells the world who you want to take care of your business and financial interest if you cannot. You may not be able to take care of your business because you are sick, or maybe traveling the world. 

This documents tells both doctors and family who is to make your health care choices and living choices.

Certificate of Trust is the document you give financial institutions to transfer your assets into the Trust.  It tells us who is in charge of the Trust, but not what flocks are to receive from the Trust.

Deed are one of the most important documents in Estate Planning.  For most people this is the most valuable asset.  The real property has to be re-titled in the name of the Trust to avoid probate.
